Taikang Insurance Group established China’s first insurance e-business platform in 2000 (later became Tk.cn Insurance CO., LTD.), and began to extend the policy design, insuring, underwriting, payment and follow-up service to the official APP and website since 2012. Therefore, Tk.cn has natural advantages over insurtech and other internet insurers.
作为较早布局互联网战略的泰康保险集团，早在2000年就成立了国内首家保险电子商务平台（泰康在线前身），并从2012年开始尝试将保单设计、投保、核保、缴费以及后续服务延展至官方APP和移动官网上。因此，泰康在线目前在保险科技方面有着不同于其他互联网保险公司的天然优势。
Almost all the internet companies have been concerned about the online user experience for more than a decade. In 2016, Tk.cn relied on the tide internet and AI, launching the China’s first insurance AI robot "TKer". Through its continuous innovation, Tk.cn broke through the boundaries of time, region and industry to make insurance more convenient and economical.
