At MarTech and Digital Innovation Summit China 2018, Mr. Weiwei Gu, EDG&TG Marketing Department EDG&TG Marketing Head at Baidu, delivered a speech titled “Roadmap to Brand Mind in the Customer-Centric Digital Age”. Weiwei Gu believes that the current business process of enterprise is becoming user-centered and more digitizing increasingly. The mainstream business model has gradually evolved into a four-in-one business model of “brand-sales-service-community”.
