新零售意味着更高效率的零售。今天线上的消费者基本都有线上的购买行为,但是他们不会因为线上的购买行为而放弃线下的购买行为,根据数据在过去的一年里对快消品市场的追踪,超过50%的消费者在快消品方面要跨7个不同的渠道进行购买,因此消费者在渠道方面并不忠诚,凯度消费指数中国区商务总经理李嵘在2018第二届中国新零售与技术创新峰会上这样说。
New retail means more efficient retail. Now online consumers basically have online purchase behavior, but they will not give up offline purchases because of online purchase behavior. According to the data tracking of the FMCG market in the past year, more than 50% of consumers have to purchase across 7 different channels in FMCG. Rachel Lee, General Manager, Commercial, Kantar Worldpanel China, said at 2nd China New Retail and Technology Innovation Summit 2018.
