张人蟠先生是上海区块链技术协会副会长，加州大学伯克利分校区块链加速器专家顾问，科技投行Blocknology Capital的CEO，区块链基金全球联盟（BFGA）发起人之一，专注于区块链项目的孵化，通证工程设计，通证融资发行，社区经济治理，数字资产管理等全流程投行服务，也是中国加密经济实验室创始人。张先生曾在JP摩根资产管理公司担任副总裁、法国巴黎银行全球企业和投行部担任董事总经理、国泰基金担任管委会成员和国际业务主管，并担任过加拿大最大家族汤森家族的对冲基金管理人，也是国内第一批家族财富管理人，曾多次为中国银行业协会，建行私行，民生私行等金融机构做传统财富管理和数字财富管理培训。
Mr. David Chang is Vice President of Shanghai Blockchain Technology Association, industry fellow of UC Berkeley Blockchain Accelerator and CEO of Blocknology Capital, a technology investment bank focusing on incubating dApps, designing token engineering, raising capital, governing community economy and managing digital assets. Mr. Chang is founder of Blockchain Fund Global Alliance (BFGA), a global platform dedicated to institutional investors in blockchain industry, also founder of China Cryptoeconomy Lab, a research organization dedicated to development of cryptoeconomics in China. Mr. Chang was Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management, Managing Director at Corporate & Investment Bank of BNP Paribas, Member of Management Committee and Head of International Business at Guotai Asset Management and also managed hedge fund investment for Canadian largest family, Thomson Family. Mr. Chang is also a leading figure in private wealth management and presented numerous trainings on traditional and digital wealth management to China Banking Association, China Construction Bank Private Bank, China Merchant Bank Private Bank.
