Award of contract for EPC Contract for Solar Field of Qinghai Delingha Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Project, Loan No.:3075-PRC, bid number: 0706-15200002J016.
The project mentioned above had completed bid evaluation and the BER was sent to ADB for review, ADB confirms no objection to the Bid Evaluation Committee’s recommendation of awarding the contract to JV of Beijing Shouhang IHW Resources Saving Technology Co., Ltd & Shandong Electric Power Construction No.2 Company
The results and relevant information are as below.
1. The following five (5) bids were received by the closing deadline and were publicly opened and read. And their technical bids were evaluated. The names of bidder whose bids were rejected and the reasons for their rejection are shown below.
Bidder No. 3 (China Energy Engineering Group Shanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.) was considered not qualified as it did not comply with qualification requirements. Bidder No. 5 (North China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group) was considered not qualified as it did not comply with major commercial terms and conditions. Their price proposals were returned unopened.
2. The technical proposals submitted by the following three (3) bidders were considered responsive to the requirements of the bidding documents, and their price proposals were publicly opened and read. The names of those bidders and their bid prices are shown below.
3. Names and evaluated prices of each bid that was evaluated are shown below.

Unsuccessful bidders may request in writing to the tendering agent CNTIC for a debriefing seeking explanations, which shall be sent within 3 days from the date of publication of contract award if any. Requests sent beyond the aforementioned period will not be accepted.
