The offshore industry in Equatorial Guinea is turning the corner and that the appetite for exploration is greater starting 2017 than it was last year. And the government believes the strategies adopted can make Equatorial Guinea become one of the major oil producers in Sub-Saharan Africa over the next 15-20 years.
