Mentor Graphics 宣布进军自动驾驶市场，它们的杀手锏是一款 Level 5 的自动驾驶平台，此平台更快、更简单，目前，高级驾驶辅助系统（ADAS）用到的设备一般是雷达、超声波传感器和摄像头或者像 Mobileye的摄像头产品,将数据的收集分析和输出集成为一体。

Mentor Graphics announces that it will march into autonomous driving market, their trump card is a Level 5 autopilot platform which is faster, more simple, at present, ADAS’ equipment used is commonly radar, ultrasonic sensors and cameras or cameras like Mobileye products are integrating the data collection analysis and output as a whole.

不过，不管是对于哪一种方式，在Level 5级别直接使用的效果都不够理想。对于该问题，Mentor拿出了名为“DRS360”的解决方案，车辆传感器将其原始数据直接输送到中央平台直接处理，然后将它们融合到世界的单一视图中。目前，许多新创公司正在依照这个方向开发自己的自动驾驶系统。

However, either way, the effects of direct use at Level 5 grade are not ideal. To this problem , the Mentor have put forward solutions called "DRS360", vehicle sensors will deal with the raw data directly to the central platform, then put them into a single view of the world . Many startups are now developing their own autonomous driving systems in this direction.
