SB Drive was co-founded by Softbank and the self-driving start-up company, ASM (Advanced Smart Mobility), and then Yahoo! JAPAN become its shareholder, the three parties combined with technical expertise such as automated driving, communications infrastructure, data analysis, developing driverless transportation and provided related consulting services of self-driving technology. Recently, SB Drive has introduced NAVYA ARMA, a smart bus built by NAVYA, a French electric car dealer of self-driving and tested run on July 17th-23 th,2017.  
SB Drive 为软银和自动驾驶新创公司 ASM（Advanced Smart Mobility）共同创立，后又获得雅虎日本（Yahoo! JAPAN）出资入股，三方结合自动驾驶、通讯基础建设、数据分析等技术专长，积极发展无人自驾交通运输事业，并提供自驾技术相关咨询服务。日前 SB Drive 引进法国无人自驾电动车商 NAVYA 所打造的智能巴士“NAVYA ARMA”，并在 2017 年 7 月 17 日至 23 日测试运行。
