Since South Africa introduced the new dairy regulation R260 which requires players to show ingredients lists, batch codes and best by/use by/sell by dates on packaging. It also impacted labeling with regard to fat content, creating a new medium fat category in many areas. This had less of an impact on cheese in comparison to drinking milk products and yoghurt.
