英国是世界上第一个实现全民医疗的国家，英国国家医疗服务体系(National Health Service, NHS England)是欧洲最大的公费医疗制度。鉴于中国新一轮的医改方向也是建立政府主导型医疗服务体系，与NHS具有相似性，因此NHS对完善我国基本医疗卫生制度具有重要意义。
National Health Service (NHS England) is the largest public health care system in Europe. Since the new direction of China’s medical reform is to establish a government-led medical service system,similar to NHS, therefore NHS is of great significance to the improvement of the basic medical and health system in China.
在中国，医疗行业的数字化应用已逐步在各地开始实施，而相应的一系列问题接踵而至，其中医疗大数据的管理难题尤为让人头疼，如存储时长、管控修改、数据安全等问题。英国的医疗大数据已经推行了很久，但环境依然艰难。对此，NHS的做法是推行新技术，采用以大数据为驱动的新型数字化工作流程，对一些累赘的医疗体系进行削减，自上而下进行产业重塑。
In China, the digital application of medical industry has been gradually implemented in various places, and a series of problems occurred. In particular, the management problems of big data such as storage time, control and modification, data security. Medical big data in UK has been carried out for a long time, but still in a tough condition. Thus NHS introduced new technologies, adopt a new digital workflow driven by big data, so as to cut down cumbersome process and reshape the industry from top to bottom.
