Mr. Yao Fei had a Long-term working experience in the national financial supervision department. He used to work in People's Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, several departments of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and doing lots of research on monetary policy and financial regulations, the management of foreign exchange business of financial institutions and the supervision of foreign insurance institutions and the analysis of insurance market. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as deputy director of the Shandong Bureau of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, before taking post in Shandong, he worked as director in international Dept, Dept of Policy and Regulation, Dept of Reform and Development of CIRC.
姚飞先生曾在西南财经大学、清华大学五道口金融学院和中国政法大学学习，获经济学学士、经济学硕士和法学博士学位。曾留学英国Heroit-Watt Uniersity和在Standard Life Assurance Company工作。长期在国家金融管理部门工作。先后在中国人民银行总行、国家外汇管理局、中国保险监督管理委员会不同部门任职，从事货币政策与金融法规研究、金融机构外汇业务管理、外资保险机构监管、保险市场研究分析。在任中国保险学会副会长前，2010年到2015年，任中国保监会山东监管局副局长。
