For insurers, the insurance rate, the rate of compensation, the rate of return is based on the need for data to determine. The insurers use the scientific principle and impose certain conditions to determine the premium rate. These additional conditions include the expected rate of return on investment, the interest rate of the insurance policy, the scheduled operating expenses and taxes, and the additional conditions of the life insurance company also include the scheduled mortality rate.
