The Most Pragmatic International InsurTech Event in China

A blockchain– is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography. Each block typically contains a hash pointer as a link to a previous block, a timestamp and transaction data. A blockchain can serve as "an open, distributed ledger that can record transactions between two parties efficiently and in a verifiable and permanent way."
区块链：根据《中国区块链技术和应用发展白皮书2016》中的定义，区块链是分布式数据存储、点对点传输、共识机制、加密算法等计算机技术的新型应用模式。基于此它的最大的特征就是去信任、不可篡改、共识。

      Is the blockchain just a concept? Obviously not.

      区块链是否只是停留在概念宣传上？显然不是。

      Now the use of block chain insurance is mainly a breakthrough in the smart contract. In March and July of 2016, Sunshine Insurance introduced the "Sunshine Bay" integral and WeChat insurance card aviation accident insurance based on the blockchain, and became the first research and use of the blockchain in insurance business. In this August, the Sunshine Insurance also provide the free insurance services to Jiuzhaigou earthquake disaster area with the blockchain technology.

      现阶段区块链保险的运用主要在于智能合同上的突破。2016年3月和7月，阳光保险分别推出了基于区块链作为底层技术架构的“阳光贝”积分和微信保险卡“飞常惠”航空意外险，成为保险业内首家研究以及运用区块链技术的险企；今年8月，阳光保险为九寨沟地震灾区用区块链技术赠送专项保险。

      "Sunshine Insurance, through cooperation with other companies, has made a useful attempt for the application of the blockchain. We provide digital asset product distribution and service, and Belink is responsible for the digital asset management, while Bubi Technologies for blockchain distributed shared ledger. This can help us with efficient product,”said Sun Wenli Su, the Assistant President of Sunshine Insurance.

      “阳光保险通过与其他公司合作，进行了区块链应用的有益尝试。我们提供数字资产产品发行和服务，比邻共赢科技>公司做数字资产的管布比科技做区块链分布式共享总帐。这样的合作方式，使得相关产品的研发非常快速简单。”阳光保险的助理总裁苏力文说到。
