On March 26, Taobao special edition was officially launched. In the next three years, Taobao will rely on its core digital capabilities and Taobao special edition to help 1,000 industrial belt factories upgrade to "super factories" with an output value of more than 100 million. Also appearing with the Taobao special edition are the "Super Factory Plan" and "Ten Billion Production Zone Plan". The three major measures are also called the three pillars of Taobao's C2M strategy.
3月26日,淘宝特价版正式上线,未来三年,淘宝将以核心数字化能力和淘宝特价版为依托,帮助1000个产业带工厂升级为产值过亿的“超级工厂”。 和淘宝特价版一起亮相的还有“超级工厂计划”和“百亿产区计划”,三大举措并称为淘宝C2M战略三大支柱。

In addition, in September 2019, JD.com upgraded PinGou to the JXi platform, with exclusive channels for factory direct supply, and factory-based merchants in various industries selected by JD.com, providing direct products. In October 2019, Suning officially released the Suning C2M ecosystem, which will cooperate with Haier, Midea and other companies to carry out reverse consumer customization, as well as clothing, home furnishing, personal daily necessities to create "directly supplied by the factory, exclusive to Suning" C2M explosive products.
此外,2019年9月,京东将拼购升级为京喜平台,拥有工厂直供专属频道,由京东挑选的全国各个产业带工厂型商家直供商品。2019年10月,苏宁易购正式发布苏宁C2M生态,将与海尔、美的等合作进行消费者反向定制,以及服装、家居、个人生活用品等打造“工厂直供、苏宁专属”C2M爆品。

With the leading role of e-commerce giants, relevant e-commerce platforms and suppliers may be actively driven to carry out relevant layout, and C2M customization is increasingly favored by consumers. The front end of this model needs to fully understand the change of consumer demand, while the back end is the flexibility and intelligence of the supply chain.
随着电商巨头的带头引导,相关电商平台、供应商或将受此积极驱动而开展相关布局,C2M定制越来越受到消费者的青睐。这种模式前端需要充分洞察消费者的需求变化,后端则是供应链的柔性化、智能化。
