马逍女士现任沃尔玛中国顾客体验与大数据营销总监,负责全渠道顾客个性化体验与大数据营销。在2018年7月加入沃尔玛之前,马逍女士曾在京东数科担任海外市场营销负责人。她拥有咨询、电商、零售等跨行业的丰富经验,对消费者洞察与数字化转型有专业见解与核心经验。
Michelle Ma is CRM and Personalization Director of Walmart China. She is responsible for Omni-Channel customer engagement and big data marketing. Michelle joined Walmart China in July 2018, was previously the International Marketing Head of JD Digital. After experienced with various industries including Consulting, E-Commerce and Retail, she is knowledgeable of customer insights also has substantial experience of digital transformation.
