| Marissa Leigh Alcala is a project finance lawyer based in
Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on project financings, as
well as project development and equity investments, in energy
and infrastructure projects throughout the Americas, Africa, and
Asia, with a particular emphasis on renewable and clean energy.
Marissa represents a broad range of clients, including multilateral
and bilateral development and export credit agencies, commercial
bank lenders, and project developers. She is working on the
proposed financing of some the first new nuclear power plant
construction in the United States in over 30 years. |
