Ozan is a senior associate at Mehmet Gun & Partners. His practice focuses on corporate/M&A, finance, energy and TMT.

Ozan has represented lenders and borrowers, negotiated and drafted various loan and guarantee agreements, provided legal opinions and assisted clients regarding the security packages. He leads the due diligence and research team for finance and M&A deals.

Ozan regularly advises clients on cross-border M&A projects, negotiating and drafting share purchase and shareholders agreements, joint venture contracts and other ancillary documents.

He has particular expertise in TMT and energy, representing clients in these industries on both regulatory and transactional matters. Ozan is the President of the Galatasaray University Alumni Association and an active member of the firm’s French Desk.
