ONR-----Regulatory Challenges around Nuclear New Build
Mike Finnerty, Deputy Chief Inspector and Programme Director, New Reactors Programme at Office for Nuclear Regulation.He is responsible for delivering regulation of all activity supporting the UK's new nuclear build programme, including Generic Design Assessment (GDA), licensing and construction.This will also include regulation of any potential future activity, for example in support of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs).
