Martin Novsak has been appointed as the Director of GEN energija d.o.o. in 2005 and began his second term in 2010. In addition, Novsak is the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GEN-I, elected in 2011.

With a strong knowledge of nuclear engineering and nuclear power programs, Novsak has taken part in all major projects in Krsko Nuclear Plant from his every begining of his career.

Now, Novsak has led the parent company through start-up, turnaround and growth modes. He has more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience directing as many as 1.100 employees.
Martin Novsak holds a degree in Electrical Engineering - Industrial Electronics and a Master of Executive Management Development.. He is an active member of the nuclear energy sector.
