Jan Horst Keppler is Senior Economic Adviser at the Nuclear Development Division of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) and Professor of economics at the Université Paris- Dauphine, where he directs the Master “Energy, Finance, Carbon”. He is also the Scientific Director of the Research Chair on European Electricity Markets (CEEM) at Université Paris-Dauphine.
