Ms. Khaperskaya Anzhelikagraduated from Moscow Chemical-Technological University after D. Mendeleev, in 1988.
In 1988-2005KhaperskayaAnzhelika worked in All-Russia Research institute of inorganic material after A.A. Bochvar, Moscowand carried out the researches in the field of development of radiochemical technologies of reprocessing of SNF and HLW partitioning ( PhD).
From 2005 to 2008 Ms. Khaperskaya Anzhelikawas Head of division in SNF, RW management & NF Decommissioning Department in Federal Agency"Rosatom".
Since April 2008Ms. Khaperskaya Anzhelikahas been acting asHead of division in Department of SNF, RW management, then-as Senior managerProject Office of the Spent Nuclear Fuel Management in State Corporation ROSATOM
