Graduated with honor from Moscow State University of International Relations- MGIMO in 2005 with M.A. in Regional Studies (Asia and Africa.)
Served as Attaché in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation (2005-2006).
Since 2006-2008 Business development manager of Russian State Corporation “Rosoboronexport”.
Within 2008-2013 Mr. Roman Biryukov was stationed in Jakarta within Russian Trade Mission as Business development manager and deputy representative of the Russian State Corporation “Russian Technologies” in Indonesia.
2013-2014 – Jakarta office representative of JSC “Russian Railways” subsidiaries (PT.KRAM/PT.KeretaApi Borneo)
In September  2014 Mr. Roman Biryukov joined ROSATOM’s subsidiary in Moscow -  the United Corporation for Innovations Ltd. as Project Director for Irradiation Technologies and then since March 2015 he served as Project Director of energy projects for Indonesia in JSC “Rusatom Overseas”.
