Recently , Dutch SBM Offshore has officially won a contract to deliver an FPSO for ExxonMobil’s second phase of the Liza development offshore Guyana. And ExxonMobil and Hess have made a final investment decision to proceed with the second phase of development of the Liza Field on the Stabroek Block. More information of Liza Field and Stabroek Block will be discussed at Offshore Caribbean Congress 2019. Besides, Hess has confirmed to join our conference to give a keynote speech.
