Shell Exploration and Production Co. has contracted McDermott International Inc. for subsea umbilical and flowline installation at the Great White Frio development in Alaminos Canyon block 857 in the US Gulf of Mexico. And Shell also awarded a contract to Danos for the coatings maintenance campaign for the Ursa tension leg platform (TLP) which located in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 130 miles south-east of New Orleans, at a water depth of roughly 4,000 ft (1,219 m).
