Loay Ghazaleh, a 1986 Civil Engineering graduate from Texas A & M with Global MBA - Finance from Thunderbird , Arizona is backed by over 22 years diverse experience in government and private businesses spanning many sectors in several countries.

Currently he works as the Advisor to H.E. Undersecretary of Works in Bahrain with primary focus on major infrastructure ,PPP/ affordable housing advice including structuring, financing and implementation.

Earlier he has led several mega mix use green coastal developments in RAK Properties and with Burooj Properties in UAE and implemented wide variety of industrial projects including investors promotion with Zamil Steel , IBSF Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi National Industrial Projects (ADNIP).
