Khaled Amri is currently Director and Rail Sector Leader within EY Infrastructure and PPP Advisory Team in MENA. He has significant expertise in leading feasibility studies, negotiating project documents and funding agreements, developing and evaluating procurement and financial structures, financial modeling and credit analysis of massive rail projects.

Khaled is currently leading multiple PPP transactions for Kuwait Rail and Metro. Prior to joining EY, he played a key role in structuring and awarding high speed rail PPPs within Réseau Ferré de France (RFF) the French Railway Agency. He worked on several rail PPPs from the feasibility study to the financial close including the GSM-Rail PPP (USD2billion), Brittany Loire Valley High Speed Rail PPP (USD5billion, 200km), Tours Bordeaux High Speed Rail PPP concession (USD10billion, 350km) and Nîmes-Montpellier Rail Bypass (USD2billion, 70km).
