Iran Investment Plan for Petrochemical Industry伊朗石化工业的投资计划:
The six five-year plan indicates that annual output of Iran’s petrochemical products will be 91 million tons and sales revenue will be $6.1 billion. To reach the goal, $37 billion investment is needed for the preparation of Iran petrochemical projects. More than 67 petrochemical projects are under construction by now.
根据第6个五年计划，2016-2021年，伊朗石化产品年产量达到9100万吨，销售额610亿美元。为实现这一目标，需投入资金370亿美元，以完成各类石化项目。伊朗现有超过67个石化项目正在建设之中
Recently, China has invested in Sabalan Petrochemical Complex and Masjed Solaiman Petrochemical Complex will be the next. It’s said that China will invest $7-10 billion in total in Iran’s petrochemical industry.
对于中国为伊朗石化工业融资，目前，萨巴兰石化公司项目融资已经敲定，马斯吉德-苏莱曼石化公司项目融资不久即将敲定。另外，伊朗石化工业将获得中国总额70~100亿美元的融资。
Plan for New Refineries新建炼厂计划
Iran plans for 5 refineries: Persian Gulf Star Condensate Refinery, Siraf Refining Park, Shiraz Gas Condensates Refinery, Bahman Geno (Hormoz) Heavy Oil Refinery and Anahita Oil Refinery
伊朗计划新建5个炼厂项目，分别是波斯湾之星凝析油炼厂、西拉夫炼厂园、设拉子凝析油炼厂、巴赫曼格努、Anahita Oil Refinery。
Government incentives for refinery investors 伊朗政府激励政策:
♦ Refinery products are allowed for export.
石油部将允许炼厂的产品出口。
♦ During the first 12 years, Iran will provide feedstock to the investor with 5% discount.
承诺在项目建设的前12年，向投资方划拨炼厂原料凝析油，最低90%;与其他炼厂一样，原料价格折扣5%;
♦ Tax deduction and exemption in the economic zone according to local policy
因为炼厂园在特别经济区，根据现有和将来的政策规定，享受特别经济区的税收减免;
♦ Iran has already prepared 300 acre land for investor and tenancy term lasts 20 years
划拨土地出租给项目，租期20年。目前，已经为炼厂园准备了300英亩土地，因此投资者不用再费时、费力、费钱去申请土地。 |
