WHAT IS 10th GDIC Asia 2027?
Asia’s next dairy growth wave depends on more than additional supply. Producers and processors must connect reliable milk with products that win on taste, nutrition and value, while managing resource costs, quality requirements and routes to market. “Better Milk. Better Products. Bigger Markets” is the theme of the 10th Global Dairy Innovation Congress Asia, taking place in Singapore on 11–12 May 2027.
The event targets 800+ attendees from across Asia and beyond for two days of strategic forums, product showcases and business connections. The Main Stage explores dairy growth in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia–Singapore, Vietnam and India, alongside local tastes, new formats and everyday consumption.
On Day 2, Stage A examines genetics and reproduction, followed by quality and traceability across borders. Stage B focuses on connected farms, tropical farm design, feed value and animal health. Stage C brings together liquid dairy, yogurt and cheese, nutrition across life stages, processing performance and packaging choices.
The programme connects better milk and herd performance with products consumers choose and markets businesses can serve. Connect with dairy producers, processors, ingredient specialists, technology providers and industry partners to explore practical choices for the next phase of dairy growth.
