Latin America is a thriving region for dairy production and consumption, with abundant dairy resources and diverse dairy cultures. In order to promote the development and innovation of the dairy industry in Latin America, we have decided to organize a dairy conference with a focus on the region. The conference will provide a platform for industry professionals to exchange and share the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities, fostering industry collaboration and growth.


After the pandemic, like the global economy, the dairy industry has undergone many structural changes: the emergence of new technologies, changes in consumption patterns, regulations, new sales channels, and structural changes in milk supply.


The development of the dairy industry in Latin America seems to have stagnated after the pandemic, with a sluggish economic market and a seemingly reduced enthusiasm for dairy consumption. Therefore, revitalizing the prosperous scene of the Latin American dairy market, tapping into the potential of the Latin American dairy market, and making Latin America an integral part of the world dairy market are urgent focal points.
