Celebrating Industry Excellence: IIC Vietnam Awards 2025 Honours the Leaders Shaping Vietnam’s Insurance Future
The IIC Vietnam Awards 2025 recognised the organisations and individuals driving innovation and transformation across Vietnam’s insurance industry. Applications are now open for the 2026 edition in Ho Chi Minh City.
On the evening of December 10, the IIC Vietnam Awards 2025 Ceremony brought the spotlight to Ho Chi Minh City, recognising the organisations and individuals making a meaningful impact on the future of Vietnam’s insurance industry.
Held as part of InsurInnovator Connect Vietnam 2025 (December 10–11), the Awards formed a key moment of the two-day gathering, which brought together 400+ senior leaders, innovators, and decision-makers and 50+ speakers from across the insurance, InsurTech, HealthTech, technology, and financial services ecosystem. The ceremony provided an opportunity for the wider industry community to come together and celebrate achievements shaping the market.
Under the theme “Redefining Insurance for a Fast-Changing Vietnam,” IIC Vietnam 2025 examined the technologies, business models, and market forces reshaping the sector—from AI-enabled underwriting and claims to digital transformation, health ecosystems, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory change. The Awards reflected this momentum by recognising those turning new ideas into tangible industry impact.
This year’s award recipients included Shinhan Life Insurance Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Excellence in Product Innovation Award), Livwell (Health & Wellness Engagement Excellence Award), Neutrinos Technologies Pte Ltd (AI & Machine Learning Innovation Award), Teladoc Health (HealthTech Innovation Excellence Award), and Manulife Vietnam Insurance Co., Ltd (Digital Insurer of the Year Award & Customer Experience Excellence Award), highlighting the breadth of innovation emerging across Vietnam’s insurance, health, and technology landscape.
A notable individual honour went to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Minh, Country Lead at Allianz Partners, who received the Women in Insurance Leadership Award for her leadership and contribution to advancing innovation and inclusion within the industry.
The evening reaffirmed InsurInnovator Connect’s commitment to recognising the people and organisations helping move Vietnam’s insurance industry forward. As the market continues to evolve, the Awards spotlighted the leadership, adaptability, and innovation needed to build a more resilient and future-ready insurance ecosystem.
Looking ahead, IIC Vietnam 2026 is officially underway and will return to Ho Chi Minh City on December 9–10. Applications for the IIC Vietnam Awards 2026 are now open, with insurers, InsurTechs, HealthTechs, technology providers, and other industry innovators invited to submit their achievements and put their contributions in the spotlight. The next edition will once again provide a platform to recognise the organisations and individuals helping shape what comes next for Vietnam’s insurance industry.
