纵观整个快递流通过程，受益于信息化进程的加速，快递仓储和转运已经成功实现了部分机器替代人工，通过对流程的优化，效率相较以往已有很大提高。但快递最后一公里目前仍然以人工送货为主，很难通过流程改进等方式来解决效率问题，最后一公里效率低下成本高昂成为了整个快递链中最大的问题。
