As logistics is an important part of people's lives and has a significant impact on everyone's life, digitalization is the core theme of DHL 2020 strategy. 物流行业新模式的基石是数字技术，使用数字技术能够削减成本，创造解决方案，提供附加服务，并且能够驱动数字化转型。目前传统物流系统效率低下，诸如空载等行为时有发生。这不仅会对环境造成额外负担，也会影响公司利润。针对这些问题，DHL引进了无人机和机器人，代替人类的工作，但是速度更快，能让效率提高10%到15%。制造业的智能化。
The cornerstone of the new model of logistics industry is digital technology. Digital technology can cut costs, create solutions, provide additional services and drive digital transformation. At present, the traditional logistics is inefficient, such as empty load and so on. This not only causes an additional burden on environment, but also affects the company's profits. To solve these problems, DHL introduced VAV and AI robots, improving efficiency by 10% to 15%.
此外在环保方面，物流业的污染排放量占全球13%。DHL已经开展一个实验项目，将电动汽车用于最后一公里配送，最高时速可达80公里，根据载重和路况的不同，单次充电后行驶距离可达50到80公里。
In addition, the logistics industry accounts for 13% of the total pollution emissions in the world. DHL has launched an experimental project that they deliver electric vehicles to the "last mile", with a top speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
