Marzena Piszczek has served as Vice-President of the Management Board of  PGE EJ 1 sp. z o.o. in charge of finance since January 10th, 2011.
She holds a PhD in economics and since 1992 has worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Finance, Cracow University of Economics.
Mrs. Piszczek is a former Chair of the Supervisory Boards of: PKO BP SA, Azoty Tarnow SA, and PZU SA.
Between 2004 and 2006, Mrs. Piszczek served as the President of the Management Board of Malopolska Regional Development Agency, and in 2008 she worked as Director of the Regional Office of Ministry of State Treasury in Cracow.
