A seasoned and successful leader with track record of managing R&D organization, i.e., Malaysian Nuclear Agency (NM); commercializing products and services with the concept of from laboratory to market especially in the areas of agro-technology, bioscience and radio-pharmaceutical; providing services in the area of nuclear technology to clients in agriculture, medicals, industry and the environment. He had also serviced NM in various capacities as the Senior Director of Commercialization and Technology Development; and Deputy Director General, R&D since 1981. A Highly motivated with a proven ability to develop people and commercialize all aspects of the business. Well networked and highly successful in implementing R&D projects and rendering services to more than 7,000 clients worldwide. Ability for analytical and critical thinking, offering constructive views and executing action plans as per strategic plan of the organization. He has written more than 40 scientific papers, articles and books.
