8月2日早上,星巴克与阿里巴巴集团在上海宣布达成新零售全面战略合作,涉及阿里巴巴生态饿了么、盒马、淘宝、天猫、口碑、支付宝等多个业务线。
In August 2th , Starbucks and Alibaba Group today announced a deep, strategic “New Retail” partnership that will enable a seamless Starbucks Experience and transform the coffee industry in China. Collaborating across key businesses within the Alibaba ecosystem, including Ele.me, Hema, Tmall, Taobao and Alipay.


在这次合作中,星巴克和阿里巴巴将共同打造具有突破意义的星巴克线上新零售智慧门店,实现全域消费场景下会员注册、权益兑换和服务场景的互联互通,突破零售消费生活的时间空间限制,为中国消费者提供一店式、个性化的升级体验。 In this cooperation, Starbucks will also team up with Alibaba to create a multi-channel, cross-platform, all-space fusion of Starbucks new retail smart stores, and horizontally open multiple digital consumer operations of Starbucks and Ali ecosystem based on Tmall's new retail solution. The platform realizes the interconnection of members registration, equity exchange and service scenarios in the global consumption scenario.
