2018年，受国内经济结构调整和国际经济环境影响，金融市场的波动性明显，金融机构交易行为不够规范，造成或明或暗的金融风险集聚，特殊资产在持续增加。业内人士表示，在当前的宏观经济形势下，我国不良资产市场今年仍将面临良好的市场环境，供给较为充足。除了宏观经济环境的影响之外，在监管日趋严格的环境下，银行出清不良资产的意愿也会有所上升。
In 2018, affected by the domestic economic restructuring and the international economic environment, the volatility of the financial market is obvious, and the trading behavior of financial institutions is not standardized enough, which results in the accumulation of financial risks, and special assets continued to increase. According to industry insiders, under the current macroeconomic situation, China's non-performing asset market will still face a good market environment this year, and supply is sufficient. In addition to the impact of the macroeconomic environment, banks will have an increased willingness to clear their non-performing asset in an increasingly regulated environment.
2019中国特殊资产创新国际峰会将于6月4-5日在上海隆重召开。鉴于当前充足的不良资产供给，如何创新性的处置不良资产，组委会邀请到交通银行发展研究部（金融研究中心）副总经理周昆平先生，同与会嘉宾一起探讨当前商业银行不良资产创新处置渠道。
China Special Asset Management Innovation Summit 2019 will be held in Shanghai from June 4 to 5. In view of the current sufficient supply of non-performing assets, the organizing committee invited Mr. Kunping Zhou, deputy general manager of Development Research Department (Financial Research Center) at Bank of Communications, to discuss the current innovative disposal channels of non-performing assets in commercial banks with other guests.

周昆平现任交通银行发展研究部（金融研究中心）副总经理、首席研究员，理学博士，副教授。中国银行业协会行业发展研究委员会常务副主任、中国金融学会会员、上海市数量经济学会常务理事、上海市经济学会理事。主要研究领域涉及宏观经济运行与政策、商业银行改革发展和金融科技。参与制定交通银行发展战略和战略规划的制定，参与交通银行引进外资及上市前期准备工作，参与交通银行组织架构改革、流程银行建设以及深化改革等课题的研究以及实施工作。
Kunping Zhou, Deputy General Manager of Development Research Department (Finance Research Center), Bank of Communications; Chief Researcher; Doctor of philosophy; Associate Professor.He is the Executive Vice Director of China Banking Association Industry Development Research Committee, Member of China Finance Association, Executive Director of Shanghai Quantitative Economics Association, Director of Shanghai Economist Association. The main research areas include macro-economic operations and policies, reform and development of commercial banks and financial technology. He also participates in the formulation of the development strategy and strategic planning of the bank, the research and implementation of the issues such as the reform of the bank's organizational structure, the process bank construction and the deepening reform. |
