日前,中国长城资产管理股份有限公司在京召开了2019年系统工作会议,会上,长城资产表示,将坚定不移地聚焦不良资产主业,2019年计划出资1080亿元收购不良资产。其中,600亿元收购金融不良资产,480亿元收购非金融不良资产。
Recently, China Great Wall Asset Management held a 2019 system work conference in Beijing. At the meeting, Great Wall Assets said that it will unswervingly focus on the main business of non-performing assets. In 2019, it plans to invest RMB 108 billion to acquire non-performing assets. Among them, 60 billion to acquire financial non-performing assets and 48 billion to acquire non-financial non-performing assets.
当前,不良资产处置行业处于快速变革时期,不良资产投资面临着新的机遇与挑战,从国有四大资产管理公司到地方上数十家管理公司,不良资产管理市场的参与主体越来越多元。随着参与主体的多元化,如何在不良资产的各个参与主体之间促进精诚合作,形成产业联盟,从而提高不良资产处置的实效,为实体经济的发展注入活力,成为了业内十分关注的话题。
At present, the non-performing asset disposal industry is in a period of rapid change. Non-performing asset investment faces new opportunities and challenges. From the state-owned four asset management companies to dozens of local management companies, the participants in the non-performing asset management market are increasingly diverse.
