Special assets including non-performing loans from commercial banks, NPAs from non-bank financial institutions like trust companies, securities companies, financial leasing, P2P, etc. and distressed debt assets from the entity enterprise, continue to increase. The market scale is expected to rise above ten trillion, which means there will be countless opportunities to be developed. 2018 is a turning point in China's NPA market in the past decade. NPA supply is far greater than that of the past five years. The non-performing asset disposal market has once again presented cyclical opportunities and is attracting various investors.

However, compared with other markets, special assets industry in China is still in a primary stage, and the construction a market environment of benign development and orderly operation is becoming particularly critical.
