Mexico's oil regulator set out bid terms on Thursday for its next shallow water auction scheduled for March 2018. The auction, the first of Mexico's so-called Round 3 tender, will put up for grabs 35 oil and gas fields located along the southern edge of the Gulf of Mexico.
