Welcome to 3rd Deepwater East & Southern Africa Congress (DESAC 2017), which will be held on March 16-17, in Maputo, Mozambique.

DESAC 2015 & 2016 have gained great successes with around 600 industry professionals participating and around 50 speakers including Government officials and operators, such as Ministry of Mineral Resources & Energy, Mozambique, INP, Petroleum Agency SA, LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority, Kenya, Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Tanzania, ENH, CPI and Anadarko, Total, Eni, most of which thought this event informative and useful.

DESAC 2017, aiming to accelerate deepwater development in East & Southern Africa under global low oil price, will bring over 400 professionals to uncover the change & opportunities of the market, including latest legal framework, collaboration among the countries, deepwater projects updates, LNG projects development plan, main oil companies’ strategies and exploration plan, local challenge, the impact of low oil price and tech innovation.

Besides, the co-located event "2nd East & Southern Africa Gas & LNG Conference 2017" will provide the overview of gas potential in the region, and connecting key contacts from midstream.
