Good news, on Sept. 15, ONGC has made another discovery in its deepwater block off India KG-D5 (KG-DWN-98/2), taking the number of finds in the area to 13. Get more specific data.

Keeping its exploration on KG-D5, ONGC regards the low oil & gas prices status as the best time for development at lower cost and is hopeful that rates would rise by the time the block is ready to produce. Now the company is planning for tender of the field development.
