Automobile frame is an important part, which has the most complex structure and loading capacity requirements. In recent years, with the development of CAE technology, topology optimization technology has become the hotspot structure design method to optimize the structural performance and reduce the weights as the final goal. With the realization of topology optimization technology and the domestic popularity of Business FEM software, such as ANSYS, NASTRAN, as well as the commercialization of structural optimization software, CAE technology has been successfully applied in the lightweight frame design.

汽车车架是汽车结构件中结构和载荷都很复杂的重要部件。近年来, 随着CAE 技术的发展, 拓扑优化技术成为以提高结构性能或减轻结构质量为目标的一种新兴结构设计方法, 随着商业有限元分析软件,如ANSYS,NASTRAN 中拓扑优化功能的实现,以及商品化结构优化软件在国内的逐步普及,目前CAE技术已在车架轻量化设计中得到成功应用。

On September 24, 2014, Shanghai Jiading Advanced Technology Innovation & Business Incubator and Satyam Venture Engineering Services (Shanghai) Pvt Ltd. jointly established "YC - Satven automobile engineering laboratory". It focuses on automobile body system, power system, chassis system, steering and suspension systems, passenger safety systems, seating systems, interior decoration, roof system, providing customers with product development, product design, engineering and technical services. The establishment of the laboratory will play an active role in improving the innovation ability and core competitiveness of the whole Chinese automobile industry.

2014年9月24日,上海嘉定先进技术创新与育成中心和SATVEN共同组建的“YC-Satven汽车工程技术实验室”成立会议在育成中心召开。YC-Satven汽车工程技术实验室主要针对汽车车身系统、动力转动系、底盘系统、转向和悬挂系统、乘客安全系统、座位系统、车内装饰、车顶系统,为客户提供产品开发、产品设计、工程技术等服务。实验室的成立将对提升中国汽车产业创新能力和核心竞争力,促进汽车产业发展发挥积极作用。
