尊敬的同仁:

In the past two years, the light weight of the vehicle has become the trend of the world automobile development, and when it comes to the materials that can replace the body metal, CFRP has to be mentioned. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. At present, the CFRP have been applied in the automobile body and parts, such as 2016 BMW 7 series chassis, car doors, roof racks, roof beams, reinforced pipe components that are used in the CFRP materials, The vehicle was lighter 130kg than the previous generation!

近两年,汽车的轻量化已经成为世界汽车发展的潮流, 而说到能代替车身金属的材料,就不得不提碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)了。它具有质轻、强度高,耐高温、抗腐蚀等特点。目前,CFRP(碳纤维复合材料)在汽车车体及零部件中已有所应用,如2016款宝马7系底盘、车门、行李架、车顶横梁、强化管等部件采用的就是CFRP材料,整车比上一代减重达130公斤!
