尊敬的同仁：
Recently, Wen Lei,Director of environmental protection from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC attended the auto conference and made speeches. Wen Lei pointed out that the implementation of the management in the production car marks the ELV entered the stage of comprehensive control in our country, at the same time, he introduced two work targets of the next step which included promoting production consistency supervision of ELV and researching for expansion of the management scope, and encouraging the auto industry to implement green development requirements actively, making new contributions for promoting the industrial civilization and ecological civilization construction.
近日，工业和信息化部节能与综合利用司环境保护处处长雷文出席汽车相关会议并作讲话。雷文处长指出，对在生产车实施管理标志着我国ELV进入全面管控阶段，同时，雷文介绍了下一步推进ELV生产一致性监督以及研究扩大管理范围两项工作目标，并勉励汽车行业积极落实绿色发展要求，为促进工业文明和生态文明建设作出新的贡献。
