It is my greatest pleasure, on behalf of the Organizing Committee to welcome you to attend the Insurance Innovation Congress China 2016, to be held on April 11-13, 2016, in Shanghai, China.

According to the New National Guidelines for Insurance Industry Development, China is targeting to increase its insurance density to 3500 RMB/Per Person and its insurance penetration to 5% by 2020, which means in the next five years, the premium income of China will triple.
