Bob Brown is a Solicitor by profession, having recently gained a Masters in Public Law from Bristol University as well as becoming an MSP practitioner.

He has over 21 years’ experience in Local Government across a diverse range of Local Authorities in Wales, Yorkshire and the South West of England.   He has been a Corporate Director at Sedgemoor for over 6 years.

Bob has given expert evidence to two parliamentary select committees on the impact of new nuclear on local communities, as well as campaigning for community benefit for the communities hosting Hinkley Point C.  These efforts culminated in the announcement in 2013 by the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change of Community Benefit for the communities hosting Hinkley Point C of £128m over the life time of the plant.
