Cyril Pinel has been appointed Nuclear Adviser at the French Embassy in London in September 2014.
Prior to this assignment, Cyril Pinel was Counselor for nuclear energy at the French Embassy in Washington DC (covering also Canada). From 2009 to 2011, he was Special Adviser on nuclear affairs to the General Director for Globalization at the Foreign Ministry, following a three year assignment as Director for International Relations at the French Nuclear Safety Authority.
From 2002 to 2005 he was appointed Nuclear Counselor at the French Permanent Representation to the European Union, in Brussels, Belgium.
After a few years with the Atomic Energy Commission in Paris, France, C. Pinel in 1998, became Nuclear Attaché at the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Vienna, Austria. |
