My name is Suryantoro, I am the Head of   Center for Radioactive Waste Technology – Nuclear Energy Agency of Indonesia (BATAN).  My responsibility are conducting the R & D on radioactive waste technology and  the management of radioactive waste generated from all Indonesian areas including  spent nuclear fuel  from Indonesian research reactors which are considered as high level waste.   
I was born in 13 August 1966 in Yogyakarta and took elementary, secondary and high schools in Yogyakarta. I was graduated from Nuclear Engineering, University of Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta in 1991, and took master degree on Material Engineering , Queensland University of Technology in 1999.  
I have been working in CRWT-BATAN since 1991. Between 2003-2007 as Head of Liquid Waste Treatment Sub Division, 2007-2014 as Head of Waste Treatment Division, 2014- now as Head of CRWT.
