Italian ENI group on Wednesday announced that it has secured a final US$4.675 billion financing agreement for the Coral Sul natural gas extraction, processing and marketing project in the Rovuma basin in northern Mozambique, according to a statement released in Milan.
ExxonMobil Development Africa B.V. has acquired a 25-percent indirect interest in Mozambique’s natural gas-rich Area 4 block from Eni and will assume responsibility for midstream operations, ExxonMobil announced Wednesday.
Keppel Offshore & Marine, through its subsidiaries, has inked about US$96.22 (S$130 million) new contracts from Petrobras and SOFEC. It is for the fabrication of a turret mooring system for the newbuild floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) vessel bound for the Coral South FLNG Project in offshore Mozambique.
