Volga Gas plc, the oil and gas exploration and production group operating in the Volga Region of Russia, is pleased to announce its average production volumes for June 2018.
In June 2018, average gas processing capacity utilisation increased by 20% compared to May 2018 as LPG production testing continues. There was also effectively full uptime at the gas plant during the month.

| To what extend GAS&LNG Russia market is important to your company in terms of your global/regional strategy? |
| Volga Gas: We own a gas condensate field in Volgograd region of Russia. Historically, we produce and sell natural gas in the amount 250-300 million cubic meters per year (as well as gas condensate and LPG). Concerning the LNG, now we are in the research stage of the market and main players: other producers and buyers of products, as well as producers of equipment for compressing natural gas that we produce. Further, we are going to clarify an economic efficiency of this direction development based on the received above data. |

| Volga Gas: Selection of the most optimal technology for gas purification from sulfur. |

♦ gas companies with more than practical experience in the construction of such equipment / installations;
